Use wood to build a casting mould for the batarangs, then melt the cans. It will take longer to set up but be quicker in the long run.

With a bit of sanding, some of those box knife blades would be sharp. Or make them out of an old sawblade with a jigsaw cutter

It would probably depend on what tool your using. You probably shouldn't use hand tools but it would take alot more effort doing it by hand

Soup cans are thicker than soda cans so if u glued like two pieces of the soup can the same method as the sodacan batarang it might work better

I doubt poor batman would do this but using an old saw blade works pretty well. However, i'm assuming it would take a lot more work and materials than the hard tin did, so probably more of a rich batman idea.

Na I don't think a saw blade is that much out of the question for a poor batman. I'm trying to also keep in mind that a poor batman wouldn't have TIME to do lots of building, which I think is more of a problem then the money really.

Yeah, I remember my friend trying to do it. We ended up using a jigsaw and whenever you went to fast the blade would snap or it would overheat. So much suffering was had that day.

The mask should be made from a leather base like shoes or something with a cheap metal in certain areas like armour playing on the cowl with a crappy black paint job and also cigarettes packs would be good for the belt I hope these suggestions give you a few ideas
