I like how you did the build you could try a cloth wheel and some white an red jeweler's rouge which will polish it up and also help clean up all of the belt sander marks and maybe try a round piece of black velcro on both sides to cover up the hole in the center of it?

I just bought a dremel to help make one of these. But I also have an angle grinder with q thin blade that cuts metal. Used it to cut the basic outline then use the dremel to finish off.

heres just an idea, you could add a velcro circle to the hole you covered up and you could stick it to like a bat-belt or something. Great video and please make more batman gadgets!!

if you have the hole in the middle, its better because, if you have a utility or belt or a wall or whatever, you could add a cylinder onto it, so you could keep the batarangs on it

problem with dremel bits is they're so expensive. no doubt the lines would be better if you fixed the piece to the table so both hands could be used to steady the tool. other than that i think it came out looking pretty damn good.

I never understood why people keep calling these things a Batarang. It is more of a throwing star, or shuriken, shaped like a bat than a batarang. A batarang is based on a boomerang. It is made to return to the thrower. These are not. Should be called a bat shuriken. Video was good though.
