These two beautiful people could be any of us! Honestly, most of us are only a few circumstances away from being held in the grip of an addiction. He was a chef known throughout Western Europe, and she was the manager for 5 hotels! Career wise, they did everything right! They didn't intend to become addicts. This wasn't what they dreamed of becoming when they were children. Things just happened. Life happened. These are good people. I hope they can get the help they need to resurface from the depths of addiction and create healthier lives for the long term. May God bless them. 🙏🏾

@@CMoore8539 True, but they would look a lot younger and better if they stayed clean for 6 months and treated their bodies better during that time. The homelessness is what's really ageing them as well, in combination with the drugs. Notice how the non homeless drug addicts never look nearly as old as the homeless drug addicts. It shows you how bad homelessness ages you. One of the girl on Mals channel was 34 or 35, and she actually looked 60's and 70's, legitimately. She got clean and found a place to live, and within a year she looked in her 30's. It was unbelievable. That's not the norm. Usually you can't reverse it to that degree, and some people may not be able to much at all. I was very proud of her and impressed by her unbelievable accomplishment.

"Xylazine-associated wounds were broadly described as small lesions appearing mostly on extremities both at and away from injection sites, often within hours or days of exposure, that quickly developed into large, complex, chronic wounds. Reported risk of secondary infection was generally low but appeared more common among unhoused populations. Most participants preferred conservative treatment strategies that included regular wound care, enzymatic debridement, and hygiene. Xylazine-associated wounds and xylazine withdrawal reportedly act as significant barriers to care, including addiction treatment. Participants reported urgent need for scientific research and evidence-based guidance on the management of xylazine-associated wounds and withdrawal.". -- 2024 peer-reviewed scientific article (Xylazine-Associated Wounds and Related Health Concerns Among People Who Use Drugs: Reports From Front-Line Health Workers in 7 US States)

I think the drugs get them so mixed up they can't find a way out of their situation. Maybe the real fact is that due to criminal records they can't get hired. Then they use drugs as an excuse. He is very handsome even with no teeth. He looks like a fashion model. And she was very pretty before the broken jaw but still very elegant. You don't need to be that clean either. That is another excuse I hear from the homeless. I think there are a lot of smelly people around and you dent even have to have a full shower every day. It is better for your skin if you don't. If you can wash up where you smell, that will pass. After a while, your hair will stop producing oil and you just brush it, and it doesn't smell or look greasy. They need to realize they can't amass the contents of a house outside. He should have one backpack, and she should have one tote bag and be discreet. All the stuff they have is weighing them down and holding them back in a place they don't need to be.

Stop attacking them. Their cat is fine. You want to take someone they love away from them now? Cruel.
@grashuepfermaus5 ай бұрын
It depends, on the people, whether they set the animal as a priority or not, you know. I've seen animals having a good life with the homeless, and others that were neglected and not cared for. Both cases exist. I had a dog when I was homeless, on the streets, and he always had everything he needed, food, water, a bed in the sleeping bag together with me, exercise all day on the road with me, and I also took him to the vet for check-ups and shots and whenever he needed it. He was my priority, my best friend, my protector, I loved him more than myself, and I would not be alive today had I not had him by my side. I'm glad though I made it off the streets before he was really old, so he could live out his last years in a real home with me. The streets are nothing for an old and frail animal. With the right and caring people, a dog can have a better life with the homeless than locked up alone in a small apartment all day. That's more cruel I think.

They have crack in London. They must have it in Italy
@grashuepfermaus5 ай бұрын
Yes, for sure there's crack in Italy! I live in Zurich, Switzerland, and crack was here 25 years ago already, and today it's still everywhere, it's on the rise actually, just starting to become a real issue here. We have easily accessible substitution programmes for opiate addicts, everybody has medical insurance, so it is covered. Sadly, many people in these programmes, once that need is cared for, turn to other substances like alcohol and cocaine/crack. It's a real problem. That's why people in these programmes need additional social support and rehab, which you actually get, but still, they have to want to go back to a normal life, do something meaningful with their life, it takes a huge effort to get out of that lifestyle. Also, cocaine/crack is a "recreational" or "party" drug, or people use it at work. It's not fun, though, not at all, that drug is the devil, really, especially in the form of crack.

He can't even take care of himself. You can't be addicted like he is and have that frame of mind. If he can't even control what he does for himself, then of course he can't for her. His whole psychological and mental make up is severely damaged. I'm honestly surprised more of you don't understand this.

@tabathacupan860328 күн бұрын
Honestly I know more then I would like to know this was almost 5 months ago I can't remember what he said and I'm not going to re watch the video but I am saying that if you pay attention to this video and another video that they have posted if he could just step out of the way and allow her to go to a rehab or hospital or even family or friends so that can she get some real rest because if you look at both of them they are burnt out but she is running on fumes I am saying that he is being a little selfish if he doesn't realize that he IS the stronger link right now and if I was HIM I would give HER a break. Breaking this down she has probably been the strong link but if they don't want to break there chain then he needs to take on his own and then some. Not comparing but relating I myself am in a relationship yes both of us addicts and by the grace of God and the grace of my partner he always made sure we had a roof over our head out of seven years now going to be eight. We only spent ONE night in the rain homeless. So now as me noticing my partner is getting burnt out I do everything and anything I can to lighten load on his shoulders even if it's something as small as making sure he drinks water or something as big as doing everything in my power to make him take a few days off from using. I myself have not used uppers sense June of 2023 and I have 60 days clean from downers with 2 relapses In-between. I more then "understand"
