Los Angeles County Sanitation workers cleanup homeless encampment at Hampton Drive in Venice on Thursday, September 16, 2021. Los Angeles Police Officers were on site for support.

@@Saunders7 I was waiting for that one person to say the word Democrat. It never fails to come up in the comments. These homeless are from many states, even red states. They are drawn by the warm weather. When there are homeless there is a shortage of grocery carts, there are bicycles missing out of your open garage or stolen when you park it to go into the store. Stores that sell building supplies have items gone missing. Homeless people will do anything to survive. It seems to be a neverending story.

These peeps could live in a shelter, go work at Amazon (get rides from the do-gooders), and keep their belongings in their own apts once they can afford them. Amazon is paying $18 an hour. What makes these people think it's ok to collect all the trash they want then leave it on the street and live on top of it? I've been homeless before and I would never want to have so much stuff to deal with. Where I'm from you have a tent, sleeping bag and backpack with essentials that's it. Plus we find a spot out of the way, in the woods or near the train tracks off the beaten path. These people are right out in the open with all that garbage on top of it.

It’s Clear that a lot of the homeless people in California have come from other States unless you are a Californian or can prove that you worked for some years in California you should be given an air ticket back to your state of origin give the remaining homeless beds and help, make it an offence to camp in parks, sidewalks, car parks etc. stop charities giving out food, showers, clothes washing facilities on the Streets, make supermarkets accountable for their shopping carts and stop furniture, pallets, mattresses, cardboard etc. being dumped on streets for homeless to pick up, at the moment your going round in circles with your softly softly approach and all you KZbinrs why are you not showing the FILTH these people are living in defecating in bags, urinating in bottles, piles of needles, all having to be cleaned up by hard working people Get a grip LA
