Did you respond to your mom and let her know that you're also at risk of being attacked, robbed, and/or shot while living in the hood? I guess mom doesn't realize that living in your vehicle could be about the same if that's what her concern is.

@@SummerShandy Living in a car, you can park in much better neighborhoods where crime is very low. Living in a house doesn't keep us from being victims of crime.
@SummerShandyАй бұрын
@@yellowbird5411 that's a good point about parking in better neighborhoods. And I agree that living in a house doesn't keep people from being victims of crime. That statement speaks to the point that I was trying to make....it doesn't matter where she lives, she can still be a victim of crime. Yet her mom was making it like having a roof over her head in the hood was safer than living in her vehicle ANY place. It's like the argument people make that online dating is so dangerous because you don't know who those people are and they could be telling you anything. But we've seen TONS of cases of people having met someone in person, at church, through friends, while at the grocery story, etc, and it turned out to be a dangerous situation because who they showed them wasn't who they really were. So no situation is any safer than the other. Anything could happen in a house or while living in one's vehicle. And anything could happen with a person you met online or in person. Life happens.

I gotta be really honest One of the reasons I left the country twenty years ago was because I was worried that I wouldn't be able to make it Having a stress disorder and not being able to drive I lived in california. So when I just graduated, I went oversee to teach I had all these student loans It worked out because i'm a self supported christian missionary. Where I live, the government doesn't spend like they do. In america. If I had to judge, it seems like there's no accountability on the federal or local level. Local levels when it comes to spending. The truth is we could have ended homelessness forty years ago It's really sad because america was once a great nation It influenced three of the countries i've lived in. Somewhere along We just stop doing the right thing for the people. It's not to say there aren't good people in america there are Our government needs an overhaul It needs to be run by people who want to see americans not live in poverty This goes beyond the american dream if a society can't help its people function.There is a problem For years, I kept why we couldn't have good public transportation, Contrary to popular belief, not everybody can drive. Not everyone can afford to have a car You shouldn't be paying fifty dollars round trip for an Uber. I'm just saying something's wrong People blamed on capitalism, but this is not the issue Japan, korea, and taiwan, they all function on capitalism They have pretty good economies. Generally speaking, the amount of homelessness is quite low And what is this thing with working 3 jobs?I couldn't believe it when I moved back here. Eagles to say i'm going back to where I was before. It didn't take me eighteen months to find a job there. You know i've been praying for america the last twenty years, but since I came back here, i've been praying even more. You know it's funny so I can continue to pay my student loans.

So to cope and save money you've decided to live in your car, not ideal, but doable. To rationalize and justify your situation you make a video ( to help earn extra money) trying to normalize living in your car. This isnt normal.. it's a decision made due to lack of financial freedom which necessitates being in survival mode which is highly stressful. If you were a nomadic gypsy living in a caravan.. I would believe you b/c it's their way of life. However, you're an American down on your luck, trying make ends meet. I'm not convinced your free. Good luck.

@DriftinN2Freedom6 ай бұрын
Hi Miriam 😄 yea car life is not for everyone, I lived in places where is was a lot warmer then up North so it wasn’t as bad. I could be wrong but it seems to be more accepted in place like the Midwest and West. When I lived in ATL it was tricky but you could still find places like the gym, Walmart..etc 😊
@pamelariley54276 ай бұрын
Hotel/motel parking lots are the best places, after dark there are many cars in the lots and most don't have security that will run you out.
@DriftinN2Freedom6 ай бұрын
Thats is true 😊
@yellowbird5411Ай бұрын
Cars need to be set up for your comfort and convenience. If you were cold it was because you didn't have the proper sleeping bag or comforters to keep you warm. You were uncomfortable because however you were sleeping was not adequate. People who take to living in their cars usually take the passenger seat out and make a bed from front to back on a platform of some kind. There is a lot to living in a car for long periods, because cars weren't designed for sleeping. At least unless your seat folds all the way back. I had a mustang whose back seats folded flat. Wonderful car for camping. Never used it for that, but those are some of the features you might look for.

@DriftinN2Freedom it just pure greed. The housing goes up apt. go up, storages go up. It's all by design to keep people feeling hopeless. Just think everything that GOD gave us for free man has found a way to charge us. GOD gave us fruit and vegetables, meats, fish, the earth, water, and air. They have polluted it all and then want to charge us for it. The thing about it is all of that greed, but they can't take any of it with them. A lot of these people claim to be Christians. How can you get joy watching your own brothers and sisters suffering? The bible says GOD is love. And love is supposed to be a fruit of the Holy Spirit. And people want to say that we all are serving the same GOD. That just can not be true.

Almost 40$ for 2 caca burger!!!! Its not even gourmet burgers!!!!! Here in canada its alot more expensive then USA, so people stay in USA cuz here in canada i mean CHINAda, its imposible to live here all is tooo expensive!!! Its nuts nuts nuts!!! I lost weight cuz i cant eat all the time ..., i have to fast from time to time to make sure i can have my food lasting a week at least.... my family and friends thinks we are crazy living in a van but we are happy cuuz we have less bills so less stress, and Jesus is helping us out all the time!!!
