It's horrifying to think how many homeless people there are in the world. No one should not have a roof over their head or a warm bed to sleep in at night. Donating the money we spend on a cup of coffee or a magazine, collectively, can go a long way. You may only be helping one person, but through your vlogs it brings awareness to a large audience so that they can hopefully help others. You're a good guy Louis :) xx

Very true. However, this guy seems like there's nothing keeping him from working but himself. Donating to an organization is one thing, there are plenty that give food, shelter,clothes, and employment opportunities... donating to individual people is another thing. Is the money we give going to allow him to continue his life that he's living now, or is he going to become a citizen that contributes to society? I'm really asking because I don't know this guy. I hope he's not so selfish as to take money that people could have donated to anyone else, and just continue to live the way he's chosen to live.

Where Jeff lives is right in the town over from mine. I drive by that one parking lot on my way to school and this video definitely made me rethink the homeless community and want to give back to them that much more. Since watching I have done some research and found a shelter that might start letting me volunteer (the only reason they wouldn't is because their are already to many volunteers) So I just wanted to thank both yourself, Louis and Jeff for bringing life on this subject.

Louis you are such an inspirational person to lots of young people, I'm only 14 and watching this makes me realise how many people are actually homeless and what you are doing is amazing by wanting to experience what they go through every day. I really do look up to you in what you are doing I'm from Northern Ireland and there aren't that many homeless people here but I am more aware now of how many people are homeless. By what you are doing you can make a massive impact in a persons life. You are an amazing person for what you are doing for Jeff. It's great knowing that all of this will pay off to help someone else :)

My dad spent a lot of his life trying to help the homeless, and my younger brother and I were putting together supplies for a new charity. Seeing this just motivates me so much more, and makes me so happy that people like you are bringing attention to it, Louis. I already loved your videos, and this just makes me love you more.

I was homeless for a few nights. At the time I was helping someone I knew from my hometown do his final project to graduate Ohio State. And he let me stay at the house he was renting during that time. I was fortunate to have family who helped me and could easily afford to do so. So many aren't able to, though they might wish they could. I have been always grateful for their support.

Louis you're such a good guy! I always try to help the homeless even if it's 5 bucks. Even tho the 'homeless guys just want money for booze' stereotype applies to some ppl a lot of ppl actually lost everything due to whatever and are genuinely good ppl. They deserve more and I love seeing ppl like you help them. I know what it's like personally to lose everything, my family has had hard times, living in hotels and in the car. It's a tough thing to be in.

I actually am near LA Louis and I have stuff I can give to you for Jeff if you want it or up for it. Depends how long you are staying. I have a lot of stuff I don't need and a lot of little shampoos and travel stuff he can have. I am actually doing a Homeless project after the American Holidays.
