I see this all too frequently. All over town. Our city of Eugene in Oregon spends hundreds of thousands of dollars each year to clean up after homeless campers. And where I work we have a problem with homeless campers emptying their sewage in our storm drain.
It’s not that hard to take the time to responsibly dispose of refuse but apparently some homeless campers are too pressed for time.

I feel sorry for the business owners and for the citizens that live nearby this mess.

For sure. The place where I work has a real problem with homeless campers dumping their holding tank in our storm grate! Stinks to high heaven for weeks in the summer. And the flies!🤮

I must add that the Oregon Legislature did this to save money and not build more needed jails and prisons. They needed the money to pay for "Public Art.".............................elsullo

Any by the way, I never delete anyone’s post even if I disagree with them. I don’t know what’s going on but that’s been happening a lot. Probably has to do with the subject matter and key words and bots that automatically remove posts based on what they call, “false information”.

@@MaxHeadspace9mm I know, and it has been happening to me on other channels. I think I have learned why: I often make long and detailed posts regarding the government, and I use a lot of capital letters because I am shouting. I also use a lot of exclamation marks. The Algorhythm hates that. It hates facts. When I make short non-excited posts not mentioning that public entity the post does not disappear..............................elsullo

Yeah. Many of them are very anti social. If you slow down too much walking by their “camp” or hang out they get very confrontational most of the time. It’s their turf they seem to feel.

Actually looked like a nice full container of wiper fluid! I'd prob snagged that up. Seriously tho what a mess. I'm not claiming I have never littered but for goodness sakes thats a whole different level. No one should be forced to pick up after you.....especially those who allowed you to trespass them. Democrat ran states and cities are in chaos.....but you seem to be the ONLY one covering this! Sad.

I hate to break it to ya Brad but that wasn’t wiper fluid. It was a jug of urine. 😬 The homeless in our city pee in gallon jugs when they are in their campers or tents rather than go outside in the bad weather. Then they just leave the jugs lying out on the sidewalk or gutter when they are full.

@@MaxHeadspace9mm YIKES! Glad you told me before I put it into my tank! Now THAT is lazy to the highest degree. Growing up we only had ONE homeless guy named "Bub". He was as they all are an alcoholic and could be found literally just laying in the middle of the one of our whinny roads.....miraculously never getting killed. I would actually give him a ride as everyone did and usually end up giving him all my loose change. He was actually a very distant cousin. I actually have to say I have never heard of him stealing although its probable he did....and I dont remember him ever having a single tent or any kind of shelter.....he just laid along side the road moving from place to place with whoever would pick him up and give him money. Hes actually still alive I've heard.....amazing. But he was it.....and he was VERY odd back then.....ppl in our area worked for a living or they lived off the land.....but they didnt beg or just camp out on other peoples property....be a good way to get shot....even Bub only went a few feet away from the road. I think even he would be shocked at how the people your filming are living!

@@MaxHeadspace9mm Don't have this problem over in North Carolina. Couple people begging at intersections but that's the extent of it where I live. They don't care about you or the business owners, only making it easy as possible for themselves. The world owes them.

Robert Elmo My family and I just got back from a month long trip around our great country and we were shocked that the rest of the country isn’t having this same problem. Oregon used to be a nice place to live and everyone here can clearly see it’s decaying but I think most Oregonians assume that it’s happening all across the country.
