my mom was home les and no one ever gave to her. and everyday she would go without. and anything she did make it went to us kids. so we need more people like this to help. because my mo lost her job and we lost the house and we had put everything in a storage Locker and we lost it all. so we had nothing.and when I see people like this man , it just makes me so happy to see that someone cares.

I'm sorry, this is a selfish act. She should have gotten an address, and job first. Now two souls are in jeopardy, just so she can cuddle something till it dies on the street. Not wise at all...that's why she's homeless to begin with. Yes...I've been homeless before too, and I know of what I speak.

wow, that took me back to when I was homeless and I was so lonely, I prayed for helped and few days later I heard yelps coming from a BIN, so looked in and found 6 puppies newborn and the first puppy I picked up melted my heart and I called her my angel and she was my sidekick for 13 years, she made me feel safer! I got homes for the 5 other pups x dogs really are man/woman's best friends xxxx

I see animals depressed as shit because all they are, are lawn ornanments. This dog will get everything it needs. That woman will take better care of herself for that dog and her family. A dog can mean life or death for some people. The fact that she walked by all those stores with people in them, I've already fallen in love with this woman. It's exactly what I would have done AND did. I bought a dog and needed up homeless. I took the dog everywhere with me and I always made sure he was fed. Spent the last year on the street after a very "successful" life, career, home owner etc. Someone burned my doggy daycare and boarding down on purpose a year and 8 months ago. Ten of my customers babies,not their dogs, these were their kids and my two dogs were killed in the most unspeakable way. We know who did it. but couldn't prove it. I lost everything, my belongings, home, business, income, but by far was the dogs. I would have burned off every inch of my skin to save them and not have had to make those ten phone calls. They were my responsibility and the owners were angry and i could not fix it. Nothing i could do would give them their babies back, instead they had to pick up the charred unrecognizable bloated bodies at the vet down the street. I found out my landlord paid no inscurance and my business inscurance didn't cover shit. Didn't even get a hotel for the night. I have no children and don't qualify for benefits. I wasn't a bad person but i gave up on life. Long story, sorry, short not all homeless are bad. Your point is true in a lot of cases just not all.

+K3tV I dont see nothing amazing about this...she still went for something she desired and not something she needed...if she's homeless, go get food, buy something for your son, she already has a kid why she went for an extra being that need constant care...the dog will need to be sheltered, fed and cared for frequently...thats costly, its a lavish expenditure...There were women and other homeless people sitting beside her where you got her, she couldnt think they probably needed atleast 10 dollars out of that 283? A reminder to the negative people in here: Being "homeless" does not always mean that the person lives on the streets. They could have place to go each night, be it a shelter or someone's extra garage room, or something like that. It simply means that they don't have their own place, with their own things to live in. Until you have been homeless, don't knock on homeless people. They are not all strung out drug users or alcoholics or lazy or stupid. Homelessness can happen to many people - most in America are a single paycheck away from it themselves. Hope that you never find yourself in that situation. And maybe have a little more compassion for other people.

I have given money to the homeless many times and my friends say that I was getting scammed. My response was simple. I've watched so many videos of homeless people, I've learned so much, how humble, how grateful, and what lovely souls these people have, I've been so lucky in my life, God Has Blessed me in many ways, I've known struggle, I've known pain, but nothing compared to these beautiful people, they never complain, they never blame anyone, I pray for them all, and I thank them for making me a better person, God Bless Our Homeless

There is nothing more comforting than to be with a little animal that loves you unconditionally...I have two kitties that are sister kitties. They have been with me for 5 years, they are indoor girls that sleep with me and when I am lonely come sit next to me and purr...I love them because to me they are worth more than all the gold in Fort Knox. They soothe and comfort me so much it melts my heart that she chose a puppy to keep her company. Inspire me to write a poem of love for the little pumpkins who do not mind being homeless as long as they are loved. I would spend my last dollar to feed my kitties, they are a blessing a thousand times over. God Bless you for sharing this!!!💝

Honestly, she seems trustworthy enough. I would have taken her home to live with me. Her and her little dog. I feel heartbroken how people precieve homeless people. I really wish our government would take more interest in them and getting them into permanent housing. This video is beautiful. And what you did was so sweet. the only way to know whether or not this act of kindness led to placing a greater burden or not is to follow her progress thru life,...random acts of kindness can inspire others to change their stars. , while it is true some people use monetary gifts for not essential items that do not help them, but a dog, however much a burden, can enrich ones life as a companion for her and her child and even add a measure of security. this was a heart warming vedio, life is hard

Kevin Villatoro good on you! I was homeless for 6 months, and 60 bucks would have been a hotel room for 3 nights (warm bed, hot shower) and food for me and my son. And no, I was not a drunk or on drugs. Sometimes people are homeless due to circumstances beyond their control. Bad things happen to good people too.
