925 very well Built. USUS USA! Thx Leon @14:00 Back in the day, we would leave 1 rap or 2 off pulley. Thread rope through housing as setting pulley, attach Handle. Notch in pulley is for next step. W/ Needle nose fish rope out at notch. Holding rope turn pulley to tension spring. Rotate grip to remove kinks (As pulling rope); Check that grip is tensioned correctly. Repeat if needed. hp
