I'm interested to see how this turns out. Those old homelites sure are dogs.

@alltherpm not impossible. Ive got a couple of old mac 10-10's that make 5+ hp. These old saws give you a lot of room to work with for mods. Especially doing stuff that wasnt meant to be done😆

@griffinphilemon5083 thus being a reed saw is a totally different animal as well, ive ran it with a fully ported cylinder ( homelite), with the pioneer piston 155psi comp and was atleast 4hp, now i changed it with pioneer cylinder it's 230psi, for every point higher in comp 9.5 to1 to10.5 to 1 is 6% gain, so b4 it was 9.5 to 1,so 230psi is 13.1 comp!! I should see almost 20%+/- just from comp increase, also u didn't no but i totally blew it apart to trench cases, it has aftermarket reeds to engine numbers are 104ish exhuast, 126 transfers, squish 30. Thanks for commenting, i have video of it coming, and will have another if it runs

I'm not much of an artist; the "house" was supposed to be "home plate", or more accurately "Base"... Cut Base. The "period" was from a tooling crutch I had to make for your cylinder. I admired that combustion chamber/squish when I saw the cyl!! Hope I didn't seem like I was talking bad about your interpretation of my hieroglyphics, I sure didn't make them too clear 😉😉😂😂 Anxious to hear/see it run!!
