@@Saiful81 Never knew 6 layer are a thing , but i've owned a subwoofer that had 8 layers of voice coil and never rubbed.

that's right. but I did that on purpose. at the same time to let you know that apart from eva, we can also use motorcycle tires as part of the speaker. because many people don't know what we know.😉

@@Saiful81 you should also be measuring coil winding hight and top play hight and subtract the coil winding hight in half and then subtract the top plate hight in have and what ever that is you subtract that again form the coil hight and that should land the col in the center of the magnetic field and low the speaker to pro-form at it's maximum ability with no cost but time

for your information, this is the original size and distance from the original speaker that came out of the factory and from the original magnet I used. I only changed the appearance of the speaker, only the shape I wanted. The rest is nothing. I changed the high and low distance for the coil. I have seen all that. that's why I dared to make it. I studied it first before I made it. the conclusion about this speaker is that the defect of this speaker is only because the structure of the board is less strong than iron, not from what you said. because the vibration produced affects the whole magnet and coil fasteners. that's what I see. the friction will not be even and run away from the original position.
