Just curious why you didn't put any caster in the front wheel. Seems like that would have made it a little more stable. Otherwise, it's a great job.

Excelente trabajo, creo que debiste darle una pequeña inclinación a la horquilla, para tener mayor estabilidad. Por leyes de la física, al tener la horquilla un ángulo hacia adelante o atrás, permite que la rueda delantera este siempre derecha así tengas el volante sin control. Por otro lado, debiste unir el volante con el travesaño de abajo, y así ganar más rigidez para la bici ...

yo opino que en lugar de la patita lateral de una bicicleta normal era mejor algo que sea mas reforzado y funcione para ambos lados, para cuando se deje la bicicleta sola y/o con carga, también por seguridad al momento de cargar :v

When I did a tour to Budapest, Hungary, I noticed there were many cargo bikes with this configuration. They are not so common elsewhere I visited. Because the cargo basket is rather large, I would use a three-wheeler with two front wheels to stabilize the bike when it is parked.

Have you checked how hot the controller gets? Probably not the best idea to have it on top of the batteries.

Хм, а автор то смотрит российских блогеров самодельщиков, есть у одного подобный грузовой велик, правда с педальным приводом, но в остальном конструкция лучше этой, особенно по части грузовой части.

Ты не заметил, что автор канала имитирует сварку на камеру, нет искр, швы не красные, сразу меняется ракурс камеры. Единственное объяснение это то, что он бережет матрицу камеры от выгорания. Держак это обычный яркий светодиод.

pero si se ve en el video que el artefacto este es mas inestable que la ostia. dios mío cuando vi la horquilla con ese ángulo de ataque es para darte con una tubería hasta que tuvieras una buena idea. dios mío. cuanto hay una zona de equilibrio en ángulos de ataque de motos y bicis que es la comodidad a alta velocidad o manejo a baja. LOS ANGULOS NORMALES SON DE 22 A 35º . así lo unico que has hecho es una bici inestable y propensa al desequilibrio. encima eléctrica y el peso del motor desplazado del eje central. procura no matarte por donde vayas. CORRIGE TIO

How much steering slack you have? I built such bike with linkage arm, it's more heavy but seems to have less slack. It also seems indeed that the steering is crossed. How much is does it weight total?

We can not build selfgoing bikes in Sweden...you can only have the motor to help you trample....this is classified as a moped and goes not to registrer.

Все заметили? Присутствует огромный, опасный минус в конструкции. Да, верно, это тросики управления, их люфт, на покатушке, видно, что пилот борется с расколбасом, дёргая руль, как на жиге, с ушатанным редуктором. Исправить это возможно, но они делают поворот, да ещё и под острым углом, отчего, при натяжке в струну, на этом повороте, они заклинят. Как вариант, можно ввести в конструкцию, эдакую качель, на этом участке, чтобы из двух тросиков сделать четыре, и тогда, уже, появится возможность натянуть их все, как полагается. P.S. Развесовка багажника, тоже вызывает вопросы, ибо перевес, в реальных условиях, будет иметь большее, нежели у заводских вариантов, плечо приложения. Лично я, в данной конфигурации рамы, разместил бы длинный, но узкий, багажник сверху, на верхней трубе. Сейчас же, только возить несколько кирпичей, с собой, на случай, если нужно будет везти, что-то кроме одинаковых коробок.

отвратительная устойчивость. Наклон передней вилки у мотоциклов и велосипедов делается совсем не для красоты.. И при этом еще рулевое управление троссами. Даже видно, что он нормально ехать не может - постоянно виляет и подруливает. Я уже молчу про то, что груз в корзине болтается как сопля в проруби...Это тоже устойчивости не придает.Человек сам себя записал в потенциальные клиенты травпункта. НА ЭТОМ ЕЗДИТЬ НЕЛЬЗЯ!!!

Very interesting build. But seriously, you cant just twist and tape the electrical wiring to lithium batteries, you have to solder them together! After just a few miles with wear and tear you gonna have a short circuit and even possible a smaller explosion. Do over, and do it right!

This whole video is a disaster. TIG welding magically fills gaps without filler rod. No chain tension mechanism. No wire nuts or solder. There is camera trickery throughout.

Veo que en muchos videos barrenan de esta forma, la verdad lo veo peligroso pues si la broca se amarra ara que la espiga gire o te la aviente causándole lesiones al que este presente, lo ideal es sujetar la pieza a barrenar en una prensa y luego hacer los barrenos.

The centre bar reduces the size of box to be carried, could you have routed longer steering cables under the cargo area. As mentioned, a front wheel needs rake.
