Aloe vera has very many nutrients so the heat doesn't destroy all of it. A lot of the minerals left after heating still benefit the hair big time. Keep in mind other leave in products make up for the heat destroyed vitamins.

I've seen the big aloe leaves in a local market place, but now the store is closed for this time frame. Never thought I could just go to the vitamin store and get the juice or gel. I can also use the rosemary oil I have and maybe combine the two. Gonna try it. I hope it helps. Thanks for your excellent ideas.

I just made a cactus juice yesterday I blended it with water , strained it an put it in ice cube trays I'm going to use one daily an I use cactus because it's more plentiful around my home than aloe vera but the aloe vera really helps with hair growth I'm planning on reaching buttocks length for the holidays

I refrigerate the aloe Vera juice but I don’t refrigerate the aloe Vera oil. But if your experiencing a smell with the oil maybe try refrigerating it and see if you still get that smell.
