Homemade Basil Pesto, ready to use in under 10 minutes!

I whipped up a batch of basil pesto to use on hubby's trout this evening. Keep an eye out for the Pesto Crusted Trout video coming soon to your computer screen!
So, I forgot to add 1 TBP of freshly squeezed lemon juice to this recipe while filming. I stirred it in after the fact. It really enhances the flavor so be sure and include it while you are processing the mixture.
Here's what you will need:
2 cups of fresh basil leaves
1 tsp of minced garlic or 2 cloves
1/3 cup of nuts - pine, walnut or pistachio
1 TBP lemon juice
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
salt & pepper to taste
