EASY Homemade Pesto | You will not go back to store bought again.

This has to be one of the easiest and tastiest recipes out there. Throw all of your ingredients in a blender or food processor and your done. This tastes so much better than store bought. The flavors are so vibrant and fresh. Put sauce on chicken, salmon, pizza, sandwiches, or your favorite pasta. Enjoy! :)
Ingredients:
* 2 cups tightly packed fresh basil
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* 1/2 cup pine nuts (if you want your sauce to have a more nutty taste you can toast your nuts in a pan. I prefer mine not toasted.)
* 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
* 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (about two lemons)
* 2 garlic cloves
* 1/2 tsp salt
*1/4 tsp pepper
-Use a high power blender (I am using a Vitamix) or a food processor.
