We used to berry pick every year when I was a kid. I sorta hated it. Fast forward to now, a 6 ounce pk. Of blackberries is .99 cents if you can get it for that. I wish I knew where we used to go back then... Miss Talli Faye. I am curious and if you don't want to say then that is ok. What kind of bid or sale price did they get at the fundraiser for your cobbler? I hope it sold for what that was worth. The amount of time, expertise, etc., you just can't get something like that unless you make it yourself. 🙏

Oh I wanted to know too but I wasn’t able to make the event… I just dropped it off so I don’t know what it sold for!.. I hope it did well to help out with raising the funds and that whoever bought it enjoyed it🥰😊

I need to start growing all kinds of berries. We have a couple mulberry bushes/trees and the birds go absolutely nuts for them. I need some berries for myself and to share. I hope your cobbler raised a lot of money for the kids. Blackberry was one of my dads favorite. ❤

We had blackberries growing along the fence in a corn field in Indiana. We ate blackberries and dumplings during the summer as children. Never had a blackberry cobbler before. You make it look so easy.

This looks so scrumptious!! I do love me a good berry cobbler. I'll sure be making me one of these. I assume I can cut the recipe in half since it's just me eating it, right? My son is so crazy and doesn't eat many sweets with any kind of crust. So he can just eat all the store bought candy he wants and I'll be making me the good homemade pies and cobblers!!💜💜💜💜💜💜
