I love this recipe. I've used it about 6 times by now and the results are consistently amazing! However, after the 1st time letting it proof/rise for 30 mins then 20 mins, I didn't quite like the bread texture the following day...a lil too tough. So thereafter, I let it rise for 1hr then 45 mins. Results are an even softer bread and still very soft the following day! AWESOME!

Love your channel! Reminds me of all the great west Indian food I watched my mom making. One note, your instructions has 350 degrees Celsius but I think it should be Farenheit. Didn't want anyone to get confused. Keep up the great work.

Well just wanted to say thank you very much for the easiest bread recipe and very delicious and easy to make, and would like to ask about the oven, because I have an oven that can go up the 250-degree temperature but you didn't say anything about preheating of the oven so can you please write something about it. Wait What ! You need to let it rise then you roll it out into the bread and let it rise again for 15 minutes before baking as stated in the video :)... thanks for watching :)
