I love the tendency of those trendy smooth and perfect shaped foods in your channel. I remember the chocolate dessert with a perfect rectangular shape and how satisfying was to watch how you cut pieces from it. Here with the butter it's the same. An I've never thought how easy it is to make your own nice butter at home! 😮

i just made this! Haven’t tried it yet but it was pretty simple to make. If anyone wants to make it, make sure you get a cream with more fat in it. For example, I used whipped cream which has 35% of fat so i didn’t need to pour as much into my bowl. The more fat there is the more butter you get.

@@renofumi28 it's made of fat and buttermilk, which is watery. shaking it makes them curdle and since water and oil/fat [lipids]don't mix they separate. you retrieve the fat from cream to get the butter.

You can also buy a carton of heavy cream, use about 1/5 of it, and shake it for a few minutes, holding the carton tightly closed- until you hear thudding sounds inside the carton. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and if you want a pinch of parsley and or garlic. I've never rinsed my butter, but I use it within a few days.

Butter is so easy to make! Thanks for showing one way. I use my food processor, and it takes just a few minutes to whip up. If you use heavy cream that has been frozen, it breaks into butter even easier.

You can improve the texture by pressing the butter into a mold. It will also allow to remove traces of water that could still be inside, and prevent from air pockets.

How to make it even better: (1) add a couple of tablespoons of plain yoghurt to the cream, and leave it to culture for 12-24 hours at room temperature before churning. (2) add 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of cheese salt.

My grandmom always makes her own butter and i help her with it.... She has been making it before this trend started and it's amazing(another trend which is clarified butter is ghee which is always used in Indian cuisine)

Ghee is great for people who are allergic to the protein in milk, because clarifying butter removes a lot of that. People who can't eat regular butter can often still eat ghee.

Anyone wondering about the English subtitles: It’s been a while since we saw any English subtitles on his latest videos. Why? Long story short, the guy who usually does the English translations + adds the roasts is probably gonna be inactive for a little while - his instagram says he’s inactive and his Twitter is gone:( In the meantime if you guys seriously want to understand the video try using the Auto-translate feature on the online version of KZbin. I know you'll miss the roasts or there will be mistake Google translate will make but unfortunately that's the way things are rn.
