I've been allergic to natural cheeses for years but I'm able to eat cream and butter so I think I'll give this a try. Nothing to lose.

@user-qf7vi7zk4x I can't drink A1 milk. It gives me arthritis really bad. I have found if I'm careful though, I can drink A2 milk. I have only just discovered I can drink it, it's the first time I've drunk milk in decades and it doesn't seem to affect me. When I drank milk years ago, it would cripple me.

This looks delicious and I'm going to try it! I am new to making cheese, and I have seen cream cheese made by adding butter before you put it in the blender or food processor but not before. I'm going to give this a try!

If you want to make cream cheese, you simply make with milk by adding vinegar or lemon juice while it’s boiling 😊 and then blend the milk extract with its whey and trust me it’s a very easy and quick way…you don’t need to use so much butter for this

1/ Ce n'est pas du fromage, mais c'est un genre de fromage à moitié beurre. 2/ Jamais cette préparation ne sera prète en 5 min comme l'affiirme le titre de la vidéo, vu que la préparation doit reposer 2 à 3 heures avant de pouvoir la consommer.

Я бы столько не заморачивалась'чтобы готовый продукт масло снова превратить в творожный сыр'я бы намазала масло на хлеб и запила теплым молоком или приготовила бы кофе с молоком😅

I think the butter is wasted when the mixure is sieved because the butter is in melted form, what if we add the butter after sieving the cheese from curldled milk and making a smooth mixure by blending it?

yeah , And you think that those were 180 gr of butter, if we compare each piece with the kitchen spatula that is wider than the one I have, that is, about 8 cm, those were at least 300 gr, due to the number of cubes, i have try with a 250gr butter, a similar number cubes, and nope, mine were dwarfs with my spatula the diference was super notorious

So you boiled the milk for about ten minutes, waited for another ten minutes, then added lemon and boiled it again for another ten minutes, left it to settle for 2 to 3 hours, then whisked it some for for probably about another ten minutes. And that all adds up to .... 5 minutes??

It’s like substituting cream for milk and butter to make marscapone which is genius as It’s much cheaper and more available than cream that is NOT ultra-pasteurized.

Without Butter, you can make this by adding cooking white vinegar or squeezing half a lemon to boiling Milk

Do you not stir to the bottom on purpose, it seemed like you were only stirring the top of the mixture. And do you use all of the lemon juice or only about 1 tablespoon?

@@wesleygary6651 just add few drops of lime juice to boiled milk. It breaks/curdles. Sieve it in cloth and you will get a tasty paneer. You can cut into 1” or 2” cubes, deep fry till brown add salt and pepper for taste. A nice tasty snack it makes

A good quality butter is more expensive than this type of cheese.. And standing time is 10 minutes, so the recipe is definitely not only 5 minutes..

This is regular cottage cheese right? All the butter you added has gone in the whey water and is not in the cheese right? Because lemon is not an emulsifying agent. It only curdles.

Almost every household in Nort India make this cheese. Its called Paneer. Vegetarians consume this as a high source of protein. Not knew to me. Its also known as known as Indian cottage cheese. Not new to us.

We Use full cream milk and only lemon...boil, add lemon,..it curdles so well...wash to remove lemony taste- its commonly used from where i come from

Works fine with ordinary boiling milk (without adding butter, salt, sugar) and if citric acid crystals are used instead of lemon juice.

Citric acid is Not a bit C!! It’s Preserve & Not good for our body! Fresh Lemon juice is good but Not in to hot or even warm milk or water bcse Heat kill Vit C, thiss has to be cool down before adding Lemon juice! The same applies to drinking warm water with Lemon juice

При добавлении в теплое молоко масла и при взбивании этой смеси получаются сливки( не перебить, а то получится мамло). Далее сок лимона добавить в эти сливки и при створаживании получится сливочный (от слова сливки) сыр типа маскарпоне.

Theoretically, adding butter into milk leads us to high fatty milk and then we will be able to make breakfast creme out of it? We call it kaymak, locally.

The sugar is to balance the tartness of the lemon juice. You'd probably end up with a slightly sour cheese if you omit sugar. It's fine if that's what you want.

I blend 200gms of paneer (cottage cheese) with 200gms of butter & it gives the same results in 2 mins.

In Canada we have two types of Paneer-1, plain paneer. 2, malai paneer is the softer version.I think wth plain paneer which is very firm you will need 1:1,,,,,, and if you use MALAI PANEE HALF THE BUTTER OR QUARTER THE BUTTER AND IT TASTES SMOOTHER
