Not much difference. Depends on an individuals taste buds.Yogurt butter is more lighter.

Respected viewer, We are not doing any of science experiments. This is a simple Home made recipe and is on screen as you can see there is no other ingredient used to extract butter from it.Yogurt is the main ingredient only. We will never do experiments to pull up orange tree from a Juice. we respect your opinion and thank you for sharing knowledge with us.

we almost always make butter from yogurt only in our country Ethiopia .... there is even a saying in Amharic based on that to mean "if you are patient you reap the utmost benefits"

@@kalyanisk8008 in India you may make butter from anything but in civilized world butter is made from heavy cream not yogurt or curd or any other weird way. Yes scientifically it is impossible to make butter from Yogurt or curd.

@@cookingwithambo what you made is a Greek yogurt/ hung yogurt not butter. Butter is only made from heavy cream.
