Homemade Cayenne Pepper | How To Make Cayenne Pepper

This video shows you how to make homemade cayenne pepper by dehydrating fresh cayenne peppers in your oven at a very low oven temperature and then simply grinding them down to a fine powder.

You can always use a mortar and pestle to grind the dehydrated peppers. As for the green or red??? I prefer red BUT that’s just a personal choice....
