350 g parsley roots or Parsnip
1/4 cup salt
1/2 tsp turmeric

1/4 cup water
5 cloves of garlic

Have you ever tried dehydrating in the oven after ? Will it work so I dont have to freeze?Im trying to make my own ramen seasoning packets.

To be honest, I haven’t. I think there are other recipes that might involve dehydrating in oven but me personally I haven’t as I always prefer to freeze for a long time.
