Just found your channel. I had already planned to make Chicken Tortilla soup for dinner. The recipe I follow is an old Cookng Light one, but it is almost exactly like yours. The only difference is that the recipe calls for a can of Campbells -- Healthy Request Tomato Soup, which helps thicken it a bit. Everything else, including your toppings are exactly what I use. Nice healthy recipe for the colder months. Thanks!

This is exactly how I make my Chicken Tortilla Soup! The only other thing I add to mine is a can of red enchilada sauce. It gives such a pretty, rich, red color to the broth!
