U can try the pizza cutter instead of the knife to separate the dough in the sections before rolling. I use it and it works perfect. U can also bake all the croissants empty and then cut after and stuff with all the toppings. Hope that helps.

Good night fall it like four times apply butter is better to use cold butter cup up in cubes fold fold and put it in the your freezer for about a half and Roll and then roll again then cut in triangles. Basement egg yolk Wash... Always in the next time you use put your butter in the freezer . You got a better results homemade flaky croissants
