Awesome concept and execution. My phone literally crashed halfway through the video so I'm rewatching it but what you have done is awesome! I hope you continue to release these awesome videos

This is incredible! I was actually trying to come up with a way how one could make your own dark ride for Halloween. This is fantastic, you should be extremely please and proud of yourself!

lots of work! I have been messing around with a design for a dark ride, yours twist the same way I was wanting to do, like Snow Whites Scary Adventure, but I figured the middle power wheel wouldent turn correct

Thank you, I had no idea if this would ever actually work - just lots of experimenting and slight steps backwards to move forward. Thanks for wathcing!

Have you done a a tutorial on how you made the cart/track system? Absolutely amazing!
@intocoasters4 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Yes, in a later video, I talk about the sensors and a schematic showing how I have the start and stop controls wired in along with a safety cut-off sensor if it leaves the track.

this is AMAZING! how did you get the cart to stick to the track?
@intocoasters4 жыл бұрын
Thank you! It steers itself to follow the reflective line. There are a set of sensors around the front wheels that let it know which direction to steer.

Hi! I'm quite impressed by your dark ride! What battery did you use for it? And could the motor support the weight of two 70kg people?
@intocoasters4 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much! I used two 12v batteries. Specifically made for mobility scooters. You should not use those made for starting a car. I think they were around 35 amp/hour rating. You can also use ones designed for large UPS (uninterruptible power supplies). And this cart was tested with over 225 kg. of riders. As you could see in the video, I was around 120kg alone.

Can you guide me personally step by step on how to build the track ? Let’s talk $$$! How can I contact you
@intocoasters4 жыл бұрын
Howdy. I just made a playlist with the videos I made while building the 2nd cart. It covers everything from the frame to the electronics. I know of at least one person who has built a working cart following these videos. Hopefully that would help.
