Thanks Raihana for such a wonderful recipe. I made it twice for my school going son. I dont know but each time it was just a little bit dry and hard. Where did I make a mistake .. any suggestion?

Frying time is proportional to size of meat size .... is trial and error start off small peice taste then bigger peices taste again as you go along

No you don’t but it helps with making it crispy
