Hey I saw the first part of video cooking EITHIOPIAN food which me and my habesha fiance love. We experienced the same drying of injera in fridge but microwave it for a min or so it brings it back to life literally. Try it and let me know.

Again great video! If you run out of female leaders to cover try Nanny of the Maroons one of the national heroes of Jamaica. We Jamaicans have the same fighting spirit as Ethiopians as we were the ones to end slavery in the British Empire through another of our national heroes Sam Sharpe. I've been to Ethiopia twice last year and I see so much similarities between us both and even Sudan. The next trip to the continent will be back there as well as Sudan, I met so much amazing people! I never noticed this before but she is so right about how tiny Ethiopians are, no matter the ethnic tribe. Chef Marcus Samuelson looks petite as well. Eritreans are the same.
