Beautiful! Thank you! Here is how I know I added enough coffee. After I add the ground coffee to the pot, I pick the pot up and swirl it around a bit, then I pour some in a cup. As it pours down, see the color and it gives you an idea of how strong the final result will be. Keep in mind this hasn’t settled yet, so it will look a bit cloudy. I will add more coffee or more water as needed. Once I am satisfied, pour the mix back in the pot and boil.
