We did this with mint we harvested. Making your own is so beneficial! It’s so expensive if you buy it at a store. Great video!

@@sammia4227 you could also make lemon and orange extract the same way. Use juice and zest of the citrus fruit.

Have you tried making almond extract with Apricot cores? Strange, I know but apparently makes better almond flavored extract.

Where do you store this as it processes? Dark cabinet or out on your kitchen counter?

Either is fine, just as long as it’s not in direct sunlight. Have done both and not noticed any difference.
