Cast iron pillow blocks shouldn't be used in sheer I've shattered one before.. dirt bikes don't use jacshafts or tensioners, they use proper swing arm geometry

You have the shock upside down so that it won't work properly and will over heat, also the oil won't lubricate properly

Так технику делать нельзя. Вся рама из сварных швов. Трубы надо гнуть, швов должно быть по минимуму.

Kool, but ü shoulda put in a 3 gallon tank with an emergency reserve section of @ least an additional gallon in emergency reserve holding, & a gas meter tank gauge & a speedometer/odometer , make the rear shocks sit 3-4 inches higher & used a bobber style seat & used shock absorbers for both sides of the front forks. & installed a rear passenger seat with a back rest. But hey good job tho. Good luck, have fun. & use a full head : face helmet & full body armor , leather gloves & high lace steel toe boots. What about side mirrors, headlight + taillight & blinkers? It can b a street legal bike if u make it that way. Have fun, good luck.

I'd love to see what a pair of scales have it say about this beast.. everything else I said was me being nit-pick-y... But if this thing were to be ridden in any real off road setting that steering is a real safety concern I have shattered cast iron pillow blocks that were mounted properly they shouldnt be used in sheer and NEVER used in place of a head tube!! Also The rear suspension geometry is just wrong...

The bike is nice But I'm going to be honest ,if I built it I would of welded a piece of metal on the back part of frame with a back rest to take a girlfriend riding too and a headlight and not riveted all that sheet metal siding and on the tank. It looks tacky. Also either all red or black paint. Your not in the power rangers t v show.
