The gear ratio is way to high... almost 1 to 1 with those sprockets. and with those tall tires this would have zero ability to take off from a dead stop without burning the clutch. You notice he never shows the take off. Likely gets a big push to get it up to speed..

You should push down on the belt rather than pull up on it... creates more belt in contact with the pulley.

Another fine job carried out with minimal tools. One small criticism if I may. The top mounting point of your rear shocks needs moving down to counteract the movement of the frame towards the rear wheel when you sit on it. The clearance would then increase enough to hold the frame better whilst still giving the desired look. Otherwise a great job. Have a good'un and enjoy your creations! 🏍️🏍️🏍️

Your creativity is excellent. From an engineering standpoint, not so much. You attached the engine to the frame and the axel and sprocket to the swing arm. Every time your rear suspension compresses, your chain will loosen and fall off because you didn't install a chain tensioner to pick up the slack.
