With all of the subscriptions I have, and thousands of videos I have seen, this video is my all time favorite ASMR experience and your voice bests even Gentlewhispering's greatest videos. I just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate your channel!

Easy way to avoid crying when cutting onions is to cut the root last or use a small knife like a steak knife and dig about an inch into the onion and cut around the root and toss that sucker out. That's where all the gas is that causes the tears

I live in tomato country in California. I can tell you that at least for the canned tomatoes, they are definitely picked red, soft, and ripe! There are trucks running all day from the fields to the canneries. Harvest is wrapping up now, and there have been red tomatoes all over the roads from where they fell off the trucks. When I go by the cannery, it smells amazing, like fresh tomato sauce for miles!

At first, I did not understand how this could possibly be Italian, what with the butter and the huge amount of mirepoix, but then finally the olive oil, garlic, wine and herbs came out and I got it. This is some OG ragu. The basil as a garnish instead of in the sauce is a nice touch. So, does the butter add smoothness to the sauce?

Doesn't even need to go in the freezer. I always fill the hot pasta sauce in jars that can be sealed air tight and then let them rest upside down for a few minutes to seal them off for good. After that you can store them just like sealed jelly or kompot. Isn't too different from the pasta sauce jars you can buy in shops, just tastes better ;)

They key to not crying when you cut onions is don't get too attached. 🤣🤣 Jokes aside, I have the same problem. I have started putting an onion in the fridge the night before or several hours before I need to chop it or put it in the freezer an hour before I need it. Or you can buy diced, frozen and get around it that way.

It's normal that the onions make you shed tears the eyes, this it's due to a substance that is found inside the onion. You are not allergic to the onions 😂😂 P.s Sorry for the mistakes but I'm Italian and I don't know English very well

Onions KILL me too, the only thing that has worked for me (besides wearing goggles lol) is to get them veeerrry cold. Usually I dont have enough space to keep them all in the fridge so I put a few onions in the freezer like 20 minutes before I need to cut it. As for making changes, I hope that those changes bring you nothing but success and prosperity in the foreseeable future.
