Here's the measurements in case anyone else wants to try Filling you will need: 1 medium sized butternut squash 2 tsp of cinnamon 1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg 1/2 cup of shedded parmesan cheese 2 tbsp unsalted butter Salt and pepper to taste Pasta: 2 cups of flour 3 whole eggs 1 pinch of salt Sauce: 1/4 cup of unsalted butter 1/4 cup of sage
