I've made fire cider so many different ways over the years. The only "best" way for me is to chop and thinly slice, you still get ALL the benefits 😊 and I love to see what is actually put in the jar. When I grate or super chop you just can't see the wonderful beauty. YES, I believe that is part of the process, as you pour your love in the jar also when looking at it ❤ There really isn't a wrong way!

Great video! What you need to research further is that tumeric won't activate unless there's black pepper...even just 1/8th teaspoon. Keep up the good work

If you’re taking it straight up and on an empty stomach it may be irritating to you. Try putting just a tablespoon in a cup of already brewed herbal tea. Diluting the way you take it can make a big difference in how you digest it.

@@deanablythe9394 that wouldnt surprise me! I'm sure there was a study done on this .... where they offered basically a buffet style pick and mix of healthy foods to kids and they successfully managed their own nutritional needs by choosing their own foods. Animals do the same too, if given access to a wide variety of healthy options. I think it gets messed up when we start introducing highly processed foods that are full of brain confusing chemicals .... you know, the ones they put in junk foods to make you want more and more.
