The best Naan recipe I ever made; I use her basic Naan recipe all the time. I have an electric stove, so I can’t quite replicate her technique, but flipping the naan on the tawa and brushing with flavored butter works well enough for me. It did take several tries before I understood exactly how much water the dough needs, and it can be different every time I make it. But the Naan always tasted great even if it was hard to roll out or was a bit sticky. Now it’s so easy I don’t even think about what I’m doing. Thank you @HebbarsKitchen!

Just apply water to one side of the flat rolled naan and firmly press the outer ends of the (water applied side)naan to tava to ensure it sticks well enough so that it does not fall off while turning the tava upside down
