Looks delicious! I certainly hope your channel grows. You have a lovely manner and easiness about you. I have never tried to start sweet potatoes in soil, but maybe will try it sometime! I also cut my sweet potatoes in half across the middle and put both halves into a pan of water and have had both sides sprout. IDK if many do it that way but it works for me! Here in MN I cant plant sweets out till about mid June so I only have about 90 days to grow them. Yours looked really nice! Thanks!

Looks super yummy 🤤. Question: if you freeze the gnocchi and want to use it, do you add it directly to the boiling water or are they supposed to thaw first? I'm assuming you freeze them without cooking, right? 😅

Thank you! When I buy store bought that is frozen I take it from the freezer and put it right in boiling water. Correct, you don’t cook before freezing. Enjoy!

We usually fry the Gnocchi in butter and brown them to crispy and then put sauce on top.

Sure can! Just dump frozen gnocchi right into boiling water. Remove once they float!
