1 lbs of canned chickpeas rinsed well
2 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1-2 tsp of cumin
½ tsp of paprika
1/3 cup of oil
Extra virgin olive oil
3 bell peppers
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of oil
3 red onions
½ lbs of cherry tomatoes
