🍅 Ingrediente 🍅
5 kg roșii bine coapte
1 ceapă
5 căței de usturoi
2 ardei iuți
250 gr zahar
300 ml oțet
1 lingură și jumătate de sare
1 steluță de Anason
câteva cuișoare
Timp total de fierbere 2h 25min. Primele 10 min se fierbe la foc mare, restul timpului se fierbe la foc mediu spre mic.

🇬🇧 Ingredients 🇬🇧
5 kg of well-ripened tomatoes
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 hot peppers
250 grams of sugar
300 ml of vinegar
1 1/2 spoon of salt
1 anise star
a few cloves
Total cooking time 2h 25min. The first 10 minutes are boiled on high heat, the rest of the time is boiled on medium to low heat.

🇪🇦 Ingredientes 🇪🇦
5 kg de tomates bien maduros
1 cebolla
5 dientes de ajo
2 pimientos picantes
250 gramos de azúcar
300 ml de vinagre
1 1/2 Cda de sal
1 estrella de anís
algunos clavos
Tiempo total de cocción 2h 25min. Los primeros 10 minutos se hierven a fuego alto, el resto del tiempo se hierven a fuego medio-bajo.
