For lasagna sheets you need 1and half cup Plain Flour , 2 eggs, 1tspn salt, 4tblspn water. Knead in order to make semi hard dough.cover with cling wrap and put the dough in the refrigerator for 15mints. Then roll flat the dough dust dry flour while rolling .roll as thin as you can and cut into 8inches long and 3inches wide stipes/sheets.dust dry flour on sheets . Air dry them under fan for an hour. Then boil.
