Hi there. Recipe translated into English. 2 and a half cup of plain flour 3 tablespoons of oil 1 teaspoon of salt Add salt to flour and give it a rough mix. Add oil and mix till it forms breadcrumb like texture. Add cold water. To your discretion. You're basically looking to make a dough that combines and holds togethers. Not too wet nor too dry. When dough forms. Let it sit and rest for 20 minutes. That gives time for the gluten to start working within the dough and often it enough to make it pliable to work with After 20 mins, separate the dough in portions and roll out using regular dusting of flour to help not stick to surface. Cut inro desired shapes and boil. 6 to 8 mins. Witg salt and oil in water.

Why in hell would you put an ENGLISH title with you speaking hindu in it!!! Without a translation????
@btsthebest8034 жыл бұрын
Here is the translation if you need it- Ingredients: 2& 1/2 cup all purpose flour/refined 3-spoon oil (she didn't mention teaspoon or tablespoon) Salt to taste Procedure: Add the oil and salt to the flour and make a soft dough by adding water. After the dough is ready, cover it and keep it aside for 25-30 mins. Divide the dough into four parts and roll them into thin transparent sheet(keep the remaining part of the dough covered or else it will become dry). Cut the sheets into medium size or the size you want. Let the sheets dry under the fan for an hour approximately. If you want to make a lasagna then boil the sheets in water until they rise up in the boiling water and then use them. (She made some noodles of the remaining dough). You can store the sheets in an airtight container using butter paper between two sheets to avoid them from sticking to each other and keep it in the freezer and not the fridge.
