😋Mayonnaise
40 g yolk (2 pcs.)
1 tsp mustard
300-320 ml vegetable oil (10-10.6 fl.oz)
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt (to taste)
100 g white yogurt (3.6 oz, or low-fat sour cream)
😋Prepare the mayonnaise.
1. Whisk the yolks with the mustard.
2. Add the lemon juice, thinly add 1/2 of the vegetable oil, continuing to whisk.
3. Add the yogurt and the remaining half of the vegetable oil in small batches, alternating.
4. Whisk the sauce to the desired consistency.
5. Taste and season with salt and lemon juice.
