Great video.. Just wanted to know if you boiled the beetroot before grinding it ? Also how long can we store these colors for ? I have tried making red color with the beetroot before but did not add the sugar and lemon juice like you do.. but the red color changed to brown within less than a weeks time.. can we store the gel colors for long by your method ? Thanks

You can store it upto 2 months . Sugar increases the shelf life and decreases the odour. You are already cooking beetroot juice so no use of boiling it before
