Thank you for one more amazing seasoning mix. I pray your thanksgiving turned out after your water issues. I watched your video and I was amazed. Even though you were stressed and everything had to change in mid stream, you and your husband just went about it. Even in the stress of it all. You were smiling and loving your grandbaby, rearranging meal plans. Your husband was working to take care of his end of it. Renea, your caricature showes through your videos. Your heart is kind, but you also bring a sense of peace with you in them. Thank you for your recipes and for sharing. I pray your cookbooks will sell out sweet lady. God bless!

Hands down my favorite seasoning! Most people love lawry's but I started using old bay a few years ago because it was getting old, since I only used it for seafood for forever! I use it in EVERYTHING !! Its a great all purpose seasoning and let me tell you, makes THE BEST bloody Mary's!!! I'll be making this for sure! Only thing I'd change is adding way more paprika.... Thanks Renae!!

Looks pretty close but oldbay has salt in it. Going to try your recipe with also adding some sea salt and it should be pretty close!

Fantastic another great spice mix. but can you tell me why you turn the lids upside down?
@iix_venom_iix3 жыл бұрын
So she can write on the lid where the white stuff is under the lid, it acts like a label.

It is expensive and I've only used it for making crab cakes. What other uses does it have?

You are such a very smart woman yes you are how you put things together. If it aint written down in front of me I am dumber than a coal bucket yes I am. I've got to get that recipe of all of your spice blends can't wait till your book comes out I need to get a book on your canning and you're drying thanks and your spices yes I really do. That old saying once you learn how to ride a bike you will never forget that true about the bike but let me tell you I have forgotten a lot of stuff over the years so I need a brush up on how to do it again. Love your videos I sit in the background and watch you a lot there's sometimes I do not say nothing I just love watching you. God bless you hope you have a wonderful and a very blessed week or weekend whichever one you are doing this on thank you again so much

No one is dumb. Just may not remember as good as someone else. I for get so easy what is in a lot of recipes. What I do is have a few note books for recipes and I print or write down and stick in note book binder which have sections in protective sleeves. That way I can have recipe protected and can take out of binder and put back. This way I have recipes I use plus a binder for helpful hints/ spice blends and so forth. Just an idea. I love cookbooks! I use a recipe as a guide as to what’s in it not so much as to how to cook it. If I’ve made it before that is.
