Great recipe. I like that you use mostly homemade seasonings. I would like to dry my own herbs too.

You will love it. I dehydrate all of what I grow and my mothers as well. There seems be be so much more flavor in home grown herbs..

The swallowtail butterflies took over my parsley last summer as it is one of their host plants. The hungry caterpillars ate it down to the stems. I loved watching them enjoy my herb!

I've gotten more into making my own seasoning blends too. I have some of my own homegrown herbs but this coming planting season I plan on kicking it up a notch. Nothing beats it. :)

Surprised you don’t grow thyme. It practically grows wildly in my garden as we can grow as a perennial.
