Can you make this without the condensed milk and just with the whipping cream?

it won't be sweet without the condensed milk and it won't be a soft ice cream (the sugar prevents ice crystals from forming when frozen)

I guess you could divide all of the measurements by 8 and try those with a very very small pan

Honestly it's pretty average for icecream sandwiches, I experimented with a lot of the recipes and by far it was my best option EDIT: ALSO OH MY GOD I FORGOT TO PUT THE GRAM PART IN. TYSM CHUCKLES FOR REMINDING ME
