wait...UP TO five days?! Here Ithought part of the benefit of granola was to make it shelf stable for a long time! though I mean all that added sugar, and fat...I guess that makes sense...huh.

Well it'll be okay to eat after five days, but it won't taste as fresh. Plus even in an airtight container it'll get a little stale after five days. Thanks!
