Homemade Pear Preserves (NO PECTIN) Tree to Table! | Simple Canning - 2021 Harvest

This is how I make homemade preserves. This method can be used on just about any fruit but we had pears from our 2021 harvest this time. The no pectin method is time consuming but still easy. I love taking fruit from tree to table with these delicious preserves.

Oh yes..I love homemade canning. We do canning with hot sauces, tomatoes, applesauce, apples, jams, pickles, carrots and other delicious foods Nice JOb. I would love to try some!

Oh there's pectin just no added pectin. Most fruits have pectin.
