Thank you for the Instant Pot recipe, But save yourself some time, get a food mill so you don't have to peel and core. Cook the pears first and then run them through the food mill.

I’ve actually never heard of a food mill but that would be a LIFE SAVER!! Peeling is the worst part!! Thank you for the tip!
