Homemade Pizza From Scratch by Mai Goodness | Pinoy Style | Budget Friendly Pizza At Home

A pizza that is freshly bake right at the convenience of your home, budget friendly and loaded with toppings of your choice. Pizza crust made from scratch! Way better than store bought ready made pizza dough. Try our pinoy style pizza!
Homemade Pizza
Ingredients :
Dough:
• 2 1/2 cups (312g) all purpose flour or bread flour ( if dough is sticky add 1/4 cup of flour)
• 1 tsp instant dry yeast
• 1 cup (250ml) warm water (110⁰F to 130⁰F Temperature)
• 2 tsp sugar
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1/2 tsp iodized salt
Sauce:
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 2 tbsp chopped oregano leaves or basil leaves, you may also use dried basil pr parsley
Toppings:
• 1/4 kl bacon, square cut
• 1/4 kl ham, square cut
• 1 small canned mushroom pieces and stems
• 1 big white onion, cut in rings
• 2 pcs red and green bell peppers, thinly sliced
• 1 small box of quickmelt cheese
• 1/2 of a small box of Eden cheese
Baking Pan:
16x12 inch baking sheet, 2 pcs
*Pre-heat oven for 15 minutes at 180⁰C.
*Bake for 30 to 35 minutes and turn around halfway through the baking around 15 minutes.
* You can also bake this at 200 Degrees Celsius at the same time for a crisp pizza crust.
*Slice and serve immediately.

@@ajtociga7567 puede namang walang italian seasoning. Meron nabibiling dried basil sa mga spices section ng sm groceries or puede din fresh basil sa mga vegetable section

Di ko alam sa tagalog Sis ang basil pero Herbs yan. Kung wala oregano leaves. Parehong nakakabili ng instant at dry active yeast sa palengke. Sa bilihan ng nga flour o pam bake
