I really had no desire to cook before I discovered your channel. The best reaction I’ve gotten out of my friends was when I made a seven layer dip for the super bowl a couple years back and the kicker was those refried beans that you showed me how to cook so well. My pup is an Okie. Born December 10, 2021 in Marietta, OK. He got to Texas as soon as he could. LOL. I've done this same thing, though with less rinsing, for years. My grandkids loved them. Thanks so much for your videos. They warm my old heart and tummy.

This kind of stuff make me want to move into the mountains and begin cooking outdoors, on a cool Friday night with a beer in hand and hanging with friends as we laugh and enjoy the beauty of Mother Earth.
